Ted Talk

This woman teaches us how to embrace out daily stress. Basically, she told of studies in which even thinking that stress was harmful was actually more harmful than the stress itself. Next, she talked about studies that showed people who helped others in times of stress, led happier and healthier lives. These theories are based on somewhat complicated neuroscience, but all relate to a basic moral. If we use stress to our advantage, by accepting it and letting it empower us, we will thrive physically and emotionally.
